01What we collect
When you book a lesson: your name, email and mobile number; the names and level of the players; for players under 18, their age and the name, mobile number and authorization of a parent or guardian; and any note you choose to add. We also keep the details of the booking itself (date, time, location, coach, price and whether it was paid).
To protect the calendar from abuse, our server briefly records the internet address of a device that holds a time.
02How we use it
- To confirm your booking and send you the confirmation, a reminder before the lesson and any change or cancellation.
- To let your coach prepare the lesson and contact you if something changes.
- To keep the academy's records of lessons and payments.
We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent them.
03Who sees it
Only the academy's staff and the coach of your lesson. The booking system is our own and runs on our web hosting provider's servers; booking emails are sent from our own mailbox. We share details with others only if the law requires it.
We keep booking records while they are useful for running the academy and its accounts, and delete what we no longer need.
04Children
Bookings for players under 18 are made by a parent or guardian. We ask only for the child's name, level and age, and the guardian's contact details and authorization. We never publish a child's name.
06Photos
The photos on this site are of the academy's own courts, coaches and players, used with their permission. If you appear in one and want it removed, write to us and we'll take it down.
07Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them (unless we need to keep a record of a payment). Write to info@tcitennisacademy.com or message us on WhatsApp.
We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version.
