01Lessons

Turks and Caicos Islands Pro Tennis Academy ("the academy", "we") teaches tennis and pickleball in Providenciales, at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and on Venetian Road.

Every lesson is booked as 60 minutes, with about 50 minutes of on-court coaching. A lesson is private (1 player), semi-private (2 players) or a group of 3 or 4 players. You can choose your coach or let us assign whoever is free.

If your coach can't make it, we'll offer you another coach or a new time before the lesson.

02Booking

• When you choose a time, we hold it for you for 10 minutes while you add your details. If the time runs out, it goes back on the calendar.
• Your booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation screen. We also email you the details and a private link to view or cancel it.
• Online, you can book from 3 hours to 60 days ahead. For anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp.
• Players under 18: a parent or guardian must add their name, mobile number and authorization when booking.
• Please give accurate contact details. We use them only to manage your lessons (see our privacy notice).

03Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you confirm.
• You pay at the club, on the day: in cash, or by card at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club pro shop.
• Resident rate. Island residents pay the resident rate on private lessons with a resident code given by the academy. Codes are personal; we may switch off a code that is shared.
• To keep the calendar fair, you can hold up to 2 upcoming unpaid lessons online at a time. For more, message us.

04Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before: cancel free of charge from the link in your confirmation email. The time is released for another player straight away.
• Less than 24 hours before: message the academy on WhatsApp at +1 (649) 443-8551.
• If we cancel because of weather, court conditions or safety, you never lose the session: we'll message you to find a new time. If you had already paid, you choose a full refund or a credit.
• If you had already paid for a lesson that is cancelled in time, you receive a credit for the same amount, valid for 12 months, to use on your next lesson.

05No-shows

If you don't come to a lesson and didn't cancel, it's marked as a no-show: that court and coach were kept for you. After two no-shows, online booking is paused for your email and phone number. Message us and we'll book your next lessons with you directly.

06On court

• Please arrive on time. Lessons end at the booked time, so the next player starts on time too.
• Tell your coach about any injury or health condition that matters for exercise. Sport carries some risk of injury; play within your limits and follow your coach's guidance.
• For players under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for them before and after the lesson.
• We sometimes take photos and video at lessons and events for our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, tell your coach, or ask us at any time to remove an image.

07Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies to new bookings. These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
